The elastic dressing comprises an elastic bearing layer, the bearing layer is provided with a lower surface facing a target surface during application, an upper surface opposite to the lower surface and a plurality of containing parts which are provided with containing spaces and used for containing the repair matrixes, and the containing parts are grooves concaved from the lower surface to the upper surface. The groove is provided with an opening located in the lower surface, the repairing matrix is in a dry powder shape and located in the containing space, the bearing layer has a natural state and a stretching state, when the bearing layer is in the natural state, the opening is in a closed state to keep the repairing matrix in the containing space, and when the bearing layer is in the stretching state, the repairing matrix is in a closed state.
