The modified milk is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 12-14% of skimmed milk powder, 3-4% of vegetable oil, 2-3% of a stabilizer, 6-8% of white granulated sugar, 0.2-0.4% of lactase and the balance of water.
