Systems and methods for automatically selecting permanent settlement instructions are disclosed. According to one embodiment, in an information processing device including at least one computer processor, a method for automatically selecting a permanent settlement instruction may include: (1) receiving historical transaction data for a plurality of customers from a transaction platform; (2) training a general SSI sub-model by using historical transaction data of a plurality of customers so as to generate general SSI prediction; (3) training the customer-specific SSI sub-model with historical transaction data of one of the customers, thereby generating customer-specific SSS prediction; (4) combining the general SSI prediction and the customer-specific SSI prediction, thereby generating a final classification model; (5) receiving a transaction to be executed for the customer; (6) applying the final classification model to the transaction, thereby generating a final SSI selection; and (7) performing the transact
