The invention relates to intelligent telematics data synchronization. Systems and methods for uploading data from a vehicle to a network server are provided. Vehicle data associated with a vehicle is collected, and whether the vehicle data has a higher priority level or a lower priority level is determined. Uploading of the vehicle data to a network server is facilitated when the vehicle data is data having a higher priority level.
