The fastening unit comprises a positioning disc, an adjusting assembly arranged at the upper end of the positioning disc and a plurality of clamping assemblies arranged around the adjusting assembly. The beneficial effects of the invention are that the cable can be effectively prevented from being damaged due to uneven load and friction at the water falling bend when the cable is twisted in the wind facing or yawing process of the fan, and the service life of the cable is prolonged.
