Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a novel PP (polypropylene) composite material lithium battery diaphragm and a preparation method thereof, the novel PP composite material lithium battery diaphragm is formed by blending PP, SBS (styrene butadiene styrene) and Nano-TiO2 raw materials, nano inorganic particle powder needs to be subjected to surface modification treatment by a silane coupling agent, and the raw materials comprise, by weight, 85-90 parts of PP, 7-10 parts of SBS and 3-5 parts of Nano-TiO2. According to the invention, Nano-TiO2 particles and a small amount of SBS are utilized to modify and compound the PP material, so that the weather resistance, heat resistance and tensile strength of the PP diaphragm can be effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种新型PP复合材料锂电池隔膜及其制备方法,包括PP、SBS以及Nano-TiO2原料共混组成,其中纳米无机粒子粉末需要用硅烷偶联剂进行表面改性处理,各原料的重量份为:PP为85~90份,SBS为7~10份,Nano-TiO2为3~5份。本发明利用Nano-TiO2粒子和少量SBS对PP材料进行改性复合,可以有效提高PP隔膜的耐候性、耐热性和抗拉强度。 |
