The present invention may include generating a topic model for each of a plurality of previously held conferences based on calendar data for a plurality of users. The invention may include receiving a scheduled conference, the scheduled conference including an initial list of recipients. The present invention may include generating a new topic model for a scheduled conference. The present invention may include identifying, for each of a plurality of users, a previous conference with a highest similarity score between a topic model and a new topic model.
