Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a low-cost high-speed bar deformed steel bar with the surface scale thickness of 10 microns or above. The high-speed bar deformed steel bar comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 0.20-0.25 Wt% of C, less than or equal to 0.35 Wt% of Si, 0.8-1.1 Wt% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.045 Wt% of P, less than or equal to 0.045 Wt% of S, 0.015-0.035 Wt% of Nb, less than or equal to 0.009 Wt% of N and the balance of Fe. The thickness of the oxidized scale on the surface of the steel bar produced by double-line two-cutting is increased to 10 microns and above, and the thickness of the oxidized scale on the surface of the steel bar produced by a single line is increased to 12 microns and above.
