Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a bacillus zoogloea which comprises spores and exopolysaccharides generated in the fermentation process of bacillus, the exopolysaccharides and fulvic acid salt form a composite colloid, and the spores are coated with the composite colloid, so that the zoogloea is formed. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the zoogloea, a fermentation medium for preparing the zoogloea and a microbial agent containing the zoogloea. According to the zoogloea, exopolysaccharide generated in the fermentation process of bacillus and fulvic acid salt form a compound colloid, so that thalli are protected, the vitality of the thalli is improved, meanwhile, loss of the fulvic acid salt can be prevented, and the microbial agent can better promote crop growth.
