Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of fungal fermentation, and provides a method for producing beta-glucosidase by utilizing chaetomium globosum DX-THS3 and application of the beta-glucosidase. The form of the chaetomium globosum DX-THS3 is controlled by adding different nitrogen sources, and the beta-glucosidase yield of the finally obtained chaetomium globosum DX-THS3 is 3.5 times of that of a non-optimized nitrogen source. The diameter of a small sphere of the chaetomium globosum DX-THS3 under the condition of 7g/L peptone is 1.5 +/-0.65 mm, and isoliquiritin in liquorice can be hydrolyzed and converted into isoliquiritigenin. Besides, a 5L bioreactor is adopted for expression of the beta-glucosidase, the activity of the beta-glucosidase can reach 680U/mL under the optimal fermentation condition, and a strategy is provided for designing the form of filamentous fungi by utilizing a nitrogen source during industrial production of the isoliquiritigenin.
