The gamma-interferon recombinant antigen is obtained through protein binding and antigen epitope screening, and has an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 11, and experimental results show that the gamma-interferon recombinant antigen with the amino acid as shown in SEQ ID NO: 11 is high in expression quantity, strong in antigenicity and high in stability, can be used for sufficiently exposing dominant epitopes of the gamma-interferon recombinant antigen in animal immunization, and can be applied to animal immunization.
