Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of organic synthesis, in particular to a synthesis process of 1, 7-dichloro-4-heptanone, which comprises the following steps: (1) adding hydrochloric acid into a reactor, stirring, and adding a catalyst in batches; (2) heating, dropwise adding a dicyclopropyl ketone/organic solvent mixed solution, and after dropwise adding, controlling the temperature to react; and (3) cooling, layering, taking an organic phase, and carrying out reduced pressure concentration to remove the solvent, thereby obtaining the 1, 7-dichloro-4-heptanone. The synthesis process of the 1, 7-dichloro-4-heptanone, provided by the invention, is short in route, few in by-products and simple in reaction and post-treatment. The method is novel in route, simplifies the process, overcomes the defects in the prior art, and has industrial value.
