Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a conveying positioning device and method with error compensation, the conveying positioning device comprises a control system, a conveying synchronous belt and a main power servo motor, the conveying synchronous belt is provided with a conveying positioning hole, the main power servo motor is connected with the conveying synchronous belt through a power transmission assembly and an indexing box assembly with an encoder, and the power transmission assembly is connected with the indexing box assembly. The main machine frame is further provided with a cover distributing device, an error detecting device and an injecting and spraying device, and the cover distributing device, the error detecting device and the injecting and spraying device are all arranged above the conveying synchronous belt.
