Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an application of a beauveria bassiana strain in preventing and treating polyphagocytidae, a leaf soaking method is adopted, the pathogenicity of three beauveria bassiana strains GZGY-1-3, ACCC30006 and Q2505 to polyphagocytidae is compared, the strain GZGY-1-3 with higher pathogenicity to polyphagocytidae is screened, the corrected death rate of the strain GZGY-1-3 to polyphagocytidae is (63.70 +/-0.10)%, and the median lethal concentration is 4.6 * 10 < 6 > spores/mL. Through control effect evaluation, the control effect on the yellow tea mites is 77.67% after 7d by spraying the spore suspension of the beauveria bassiana (GZGY-1-3) with the concentration of 4.6 * 10 < 6 > spores/mL according to 45ml/m < 2 >, and the control effect is not much different from that of spraying 43% bifenazate SL1500-fold liquid. Therefore, the beauveria bassiana GZGY-1-3 can be applied to prevention and control of the yellow tea mites, and green prevention and control of the yellow tea mites are achieved |
