The rotary power-off switch device is suitable for being installed on a vehicle storage battery (6) and comprises a storage battery connecting piece (1) and a power-off switch (2), wherein the storage battery connecting piece (1) comprises a storage battery connecting ring (11) and a stud (12) protruding out of the storage battery connecting ring (11); the wire harness connecting piece (4) comprises a wire harness connecting ring (41), and the wire harness connecting ring (41) is arranged on the stud (12) in a sleeving and fixed mode through an insulating support (3); the knob (5) is movably connected with the stud (12) in a threaded mode in the axial direction of the stud (12), so that a power-on state is formed when the knob (5) makes contact with the wire harness connecting ring (41), and a power-off state is formed when the knob (5) is separated from the wire harness connecting ring (41). The power-off swit
