The method comprises the following steps: acquiring power consumption data of a user; classifying the obtained user power consumption data, and performing matching analysis on the user power consumption data and preset typical user power consumption data to obtain an analysis result; formulating a power distribution network optimization planning scheme based on the analysis result, and performing scheme evaluation to obtain an evaluation score; and outputting a planning scheme of which the evaluation score meets a preset standard, and completing power distribution network optimization.
