Quick-guiding and quick-drying microporous fine velvet polyester fabric and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a quick-guiding and quick-drying microporous fine velvet polyester fabric and a preparation method thereof. The fabric comprises three layers from top to bottom: a fluff layer, a middle layer and an inner layer, the middle layer and the inner layer form a jacquard weave structure by adopting a double-sided weft knitting process, the middle layer and the inner layer are formed by weaving two kinds of polyester yarns A and B, the middle layer contains the yarns A and the yarns B, and the inner layer is totally made of the yarns B; the fluff layer is prepared from the middle layer of the fabric through a sanding after-finishing process. According to the microporous fine velvet polyester knitted fabric with the three-layer effect, which is prepared through reasonable configuration of two different yarns, change design of a jacquard weave and a sanding after-finishing process, after a human body sweats, sweat can be spontaneously transferred to a fluff layer from the inner side of the fabr
