A differential signal represented by a voltage difference between two signals propagating through two signal lines (5a, 5b) is input from a connector to a signal processing circuit (21). The first suppression circuit (60) and the second suppression circuit (64) suppress the peak values of the two signals. A DC removal circuit (62) removes DC components of the two signals. A common mode choke coil (noise removal circuit) (63) removes common mode noise included in the two signals. The DC removal circuit (62) and the common mode choke coil (63) are disposed between the first suppression circuit (60) and the second suppression circuit (64). When the voltage of the signal line (5a) becomes a first threshold voltage, the current flows through a first suppressor (first connector) (60a). When the voltage of the signal line (5a) becomes a second threshold voltage, the current flows through a second suppressor (second connector) (64a).
