The water outlet device comprises a drainage pipe, a control valve, a human body sensor and a controller; the drain pipe is provided with the control valve, and the control valve is arranged to control the on-off of the drain pipe; and the human body sensor is electrically connected with the controller, and is set to detect whether a person exists in a preset range or not and send the detected result to the controller, so that the controller controls the on-off of the control valve according to the detection result of the human body sensor.
