Zusammenfassung:According to the application of gemcitabine in preparation of the anti-hepatic hydatid drug, gemcitabine can cause apoptosis of echinococcus granulosus and echinococcus multilocularis by influencing DNA synthesis of echinococcus granulosus and echinococcus multilocularis; an alkaline phosphatase test and a trypan blue dyeing test prove that the gemcitabine can effectively kill echinococcus granulosus and echinococcus multilocularis, so that the gemcitabine can effectively kill echinococcus granulosus and echinococcus multilocularis in vitro, and thus the gemcitabine can be used as a medicine or a medicine component for mainly or auxiliarily killing hepatic hydatid.
