The invention relates to an optical fiber matrix device which comprises a plurality of input ends, a plurality of output ends and a controller. A first input of the plurality of inputs receives an optical signal having a specified transmission rate from an optical transmitter, wherein the optical transmitter corresponds to a first video standard. The plurality of output terminals includes a first output terminal.
