Motor locking and rotating system

The invention discloses a motor locking and rotating system. The closed loop control circuit outputs an initial duty cycle signal according to the current rotating speed and the target rotating speed. The drive circuit outputs a drive signal to the motor according to the initial duty cycle signal to control the motor to operate. The lookup table operation circuit looks up two reference work cycles respectively corresponding to two reference rotating speeds which are respectively the same as the current rotating speed and the target rotating speed from the lookup table. The lookup table operation circuit calculates the difference value of the two searched reference work cycles. The rotating speed feedback control circuit compensates the initial work cycle signal according to the difference value so as to output a final work cycle signal to the driving circuit.
