Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a synthesis method of (R)-2-(2, 5-difluorophenyl) pyrrolidine, which is characterized by comprising the following reaction steps: a, reacting a compound 1, 4-difluorobenzene, tert-butyl lithium and N-Boc-2-pyrrolidone to prepare a compound IX; and b, preparing the compound I from the compound IX under the catalysis of imine reductase. The invention relates to a method for preparing (R)-2-(2, 5-difluorophenyl) pyrrolidine by using 1, 4-difluorobenzene as a raw material and using an imine reductase catalysis mode, and the method is simple, high in efficiency, environment-friendly and low in cost.
