NOVEL COMPOUNDS USEFUL AS STING AGONISTS AND USES THEREOF

Compounds of general formula I, II or III, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, stereoisomers, tautomers, isotope derivatives or prodrugs thereof, useful as inducers of type I interferon production, in particular as STING agonists are provided.
