The dehydrogenation catalyst is a non-sulfurized catalyst and comprises an active component, chloride ions and a carrier, the active component at least contains noble metal components in the VIII family and accounts for 0.1-3% of the total weight of the dehydrogenation catalyst; the chloride ions account for 0.3-1.2% of the total weight of the dehydrogenation catalyst; the carrier is mainly gamma-Al2O3 (aluminum oxide). The dehydrogenation catalyst is wide in raw material source and suitable for large-scale industrial application.
