Distributed winding

The present application relates to a distributed winding for an electric machine having a coil former having a plurality of slots distributed in the circumferential direction, the winding having a number of slots per pole per phase of at least two, each pole being provided with at least two winding parts connected in parallel, each winding part being composed of at least one conductor element, the at least one conductor element has at least one slot region extending axially in the slot and has connection regions at both ends, the connection regions protruding axially beyond the coil former, and each winding part has contact pins at both ends formed by the connection regions. And wherein at least a part of the contact pins of the same phase are arranged in adjacent grooves, characterized in that at least one of the adjacent contact pins of the same phase is deformed in the circumferential direction in order to minimize the spacing between these contact pins.
