This emotion determination device is provided with: a first estimation means for estimating the emotion of a user on the basis of a change in the expression of the user detected from a facial image of the user; a second estimation means that estimates the emotion of the user on the basis of a change in the temperature of the user detected in a non-contact manner from the user; and a determination means for determining the emotion of the user on the basis of the estimation result of the first estimation means and the estimation result of the second estimation means. 情绪判定装置具有：第1推断单元，基于从用户的面部图像检测出的该用户的表情的变化来推断该用户的情绪；第2推断单元，基于以非接触的方式从上述用户检测到的该用户的温度的变化来推断该用户的情绪；以及判定单元，基于上述第1推断单元的推断结果和上述第2推断单元的推断结果来判定上述用户的情绪。
