Under the condition that the original production formula and reaction conditions are not changed, the charging coefficient is increased to 0.85-0.9 from the original 0.6-0.8, the single-kettle yield of the fatty acid amide synthesis reaction is increased, and the purposes of improving the production efficiency and reducing the production cost are achieved. 本发明公开了一种提高脂肪酸酰胺化物合成反应装料系数的方法,以脂肪酸与有机胺为反应物,在反应器中混合,并加入硅氧烷类表面活性剂;进行酰胺化反应。本发明在不改变原生产配方和反应条件的情况下,将装料系数从原来的0.6~0.8提升至0.85~0.9,提高了脂肪酸酰胺化物合成反应的单釜产量,实现了提高生产效率、降低生产成本的目的。
