A vortex ring generating device (10) is provided with a plurality of air chamber units (A) each having an air chamber (S) formed therein. Each of the plurality of air chamber units (A) has a stationary part (11) and a movable part (12). The movable parts (12) of all the air chamber units (A) are connected to form a movable body (M).
