The system comprises a power grid balancer, a photovoltaic unit, an energy storage unit, a low-voltage direct-current transformer, a medium-voltage direct-current transformer, an electrolytic cell, a low-voltage direct-current bus, a medium-voltage direct-current bus and switches K1, K2 and K3.
