Disclosed are an integrated circuit panel detecting a failure of a driving circuit and a method of operating the same. The integrated circuit panel includes: a driving circuit array including a first driving circuit and a second driving circuit; a data driver configured to output a first input data signal and a second input data signal through a first data line and a second data line, respectively; a switching driver configured to output a first switching signal through a first switching line; and an error detection driver configured to receive the first output data signal and the second output data signal through the first test line and the second test line, respectively, in which the first driving circuit and the second driving circuit are configured to respond to the switching signal, the error detection driver outputs a first output data signal and a second output data signal through the first test line and the second test line, respectively, and is further configured to detect a failure of the first driv
