The method comprises the following steps: constructing a water and fertilizer migration model; the water and fertilizer migration model comprises a soil hydraulic model and a solute migration model; obtaining a three-dimensional visual full-film double-furrow model based on data of a database, the soil hydraulic model and the solute transport model; determining parameters required by the second water and fertilizer migration model, and determining boundary conditions and initial conditions of the three-dimensional visual full-film double-furrow model according to the required parameters; and performing simulation calculation based on the three-dimensional visual full-film double-furrow model so as to visually display the under-film soil water and fertilizer migration change condition after full-film double-furrow rainfall.
