Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method and device for providing time service, electronic equipment and an FPGA chip, and relates to the technical field of automatic driving, in particular to the fields of time synchronization, sensors and the like of an automatic driving system, and the implementation scheme is as follows: obtaining first time determined based on a satellite positioning system and verifying whether the first time is credible; in response to verification that the first time is credible, determining the first time as starting time for timing; and generating time information for providing the time service by timing via the reference pulse from the start time.
