Zusammenfassung: | A bidirectional power supply health intelligent diagnosis circuit provided by the present invention comprises a gate-level driving chip, a gate-level driving resistor RGext, an IGBT, a differential amplification circuit, a peak detection circuit and a reset circuit, the gate-level driving chip, the gate-level driving resistor RGext and the IGBT are connected in sequence, the peak detection circuit is connected with the differential amplification circuit and the reset circuit, and the reset circuit is connected with the gate-level driving resistor RGext. The differential amplifier samples the voltage of the gate-level driving resistor RGext and feeds the voltage back to the peak detection circuit, and the peak detection circuit samples the maximum value.
