Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for detecting the residual quantity of bicyclopyrone and metabolite thereof in a plant-derived product. The method comprises the following steps: extracting an extracting solution from the plant-derived product; performing impurity removal and purification on the extracting solution; and carrying out mass spectrometric analysis on the impurity-removed and purified extracting solution to obtain the residual quantity of bicyclopyrone and metabolite thereof in the plant-derived product. The invention establishes a method for detecting the residues of the bicyclopyrone and the metabolite thereof in the plant-derived product, and qualitative screening and synchronous quantification of the bicyclopyrone and the metabolite thereof are realized for the first time; the method is simple to operate, high in sensitivity and good in accuracy.
