Leads of all the flexible probe bodies are connected to a controller, and the controller is connected with the coaxial cable. Compared with the prior art, the flexible probe body is of a rectangular narrow-strip-shaped structure, and the probe body is made of a flexible material, so that the flexible probe is suitable for a narrow space.
