According to the method, an optical prism is used for assistance, and zero position variation errors caused by a zero position detection tool are separated in the testing process through zero position detection tool error value measurement, zero position detection tool rolling error value detection and zero position and rolling error detection of the thermal infrared imager, so that the accuracy of the detection result is improved.
