Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a device and a method for negative carbon emission and clean heat treatment of high-humidity and low-calorific-value garbage. The device comprises a reactor, a reversing valve, a waste heat utilization device, a CO2 enrichment device and an automatic monitoring feedback control system, the three reactors comprise a garbage pyrolysis gasification reactor, a reduction reactor and an oxidation reactor; the reversing valves are control valve groups arranged in front of and behind the reduction reactor and the oxidation reactor; the waste heat utilization device consists of a high-temperature, high-carbon and high-humidity gas pipeline and heat exchangers; the heat exchangers comprise a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger; the CO2 enrichment device is composed of a CO2 gas tank; and the automatic monitoring feedback control system monitors and controls gas production quality, temperature and pressure parameters in the garbage pyrolysis gasification reactor.
