Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of electrochemical catalyst materials, and particularly relates to a method for preparing a Pt-N-C catalyst by using a nitrogen doping strategy and application of the Pt-N-C catalyst. The preparation method comprises the following steps: complexing a precursor in an EB-PANI chain in a coordination form by utilizing preparation of emerald alkali form polyaniline (EB-PANI), and then carrying out high-temperature carbonization reaction on the complex to obtain the fibrous Pt-N-C catalyst.
