Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an infrared radiation material prepared from a failed cerium-zirconium catalyst and a preparation method of the infrared radiation material. The infrared radiation material is prepared by mixing the failed cerium-zirconium catalyst and lanthanum cerium carbonate, grinding and then mixing with an adhesive solution. According to the infrared radiation material prepared by using the failed cerium-zirconium catalyst, the failed cerium-zirconium catalyst and lanthanum cerium carbonate are organically combined, the full-wavelength integral emissivity of the prepared radiation material is greater than 0.93 at the working temperature of 25-1250 DEG C, and the energy consumption can be reduced by 20% or above when the radiation material is applied to a high-temperature kiln; and harmless, efficient and resource utilization of the invalid cerium-zirconium catalyst is realized.
