Zusammenfassung: | According to the method for recycling the catalyst in the reaction system for preparing the vitamin E acetate, the recycled catalyst can keep good activity, the good catalyst recycling effect is achieved, the production cost can be reduced, and generation of catalyst waste liquid can be reduced. The recovery method comprises the following steps: 1) layering a reaction product to obtain a product phase containing vitamin E acetate and a post-reaction catalyst phase containing zinc halide and hydrogen halide; 2) treating the reacted catalyst phase to obtain a to-be-recycled catalyst phase of which the heavy component content is less than or equal to 1wt%; the heavy component is a compound of which the molecular weight is greater than 600; and 3) putting the catalyst phase to be recycled into the reaction system to be used as the catalyst.
