The device comprises a thoracic cavity structure which is internally provided with a lung structure; the lung structure is provided with a ventilation catheter extending out of the thoracic cavity structure; the ventilation conduit is connected with an airway; the other end of the air passage is connected with a breathing assembly; the breathing assembly controls the lung structure to expand and contract, so that the lung structure is switched between an inspiration expansion state and an expiration contraction state; the thoracic cavity structure is also provided with a negative pressure air passage for connecting a thoracic cavity drainage device; a gas one-way valve for controlling the ventilation volume is arranged on the ventilation catheter, and gas in the gas one-way valve is only discharged into the thoracic cavity structure.
