The invention relates to a micro biosensor and a sensing structure thereof. The invention provides a sensing structure of a micro biosensor. The sensing structure is implanted under the skin of an organism to measure physiological parameters of a target analyte in biological fluid and can reduce interference of interferents in the biological fluid on measurement through electrochemical reaction. The sensing structure includes: a substrate having a surface; a first working electrode disposed on the surface and having a reaction surface; the at least one second working electrode is arranged on the surface, is adjacent to at least one side edge of the first working electrode and is used for consuming interferents by utilizing electrochemical reaction; the blocking layer is arranged at least corresponding to at least part of the reaction surface so as to limit diffusion distribution of interferents when the biological fluid flows through the second working electrode, and the interferents in the biological fluid p
