Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an imaging method for simplified image recording of different spectral signal components using a plurality of color channels of a single image sensor. The reduced or adapted color channel is spectrally separated from another one of the color channels of the image sensor by pertinently adapting, in particular by increasing or decreasing the sensitivity of at least one of the color channels with respect to at least one sensitivity of the other color channel, at least one specific spectral range is no longer detectable by a color channel adapted with respect to its sensitivity. In this way, the adapted, in particular reduced, color channel can be detected spectrally blindly in the spectral range and thus a further second spectral range, which differs from the first spectral range, can be detected spectrally selectively.
