The control method comprises the following steps: acquiring the volume and the water rate of water in the pipeline; acquiring the electric charge consumed when the heating part heats the water with the same volume as the water in the pipeline to the same temperature as the water in the hot water part; the energy cost consumed when the hot water part heats water with the same volume as the water in the
