Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a siraitia grosvenorii seedling stem tip micro-grafting culture method which comprises the following steps: taking a non-toxic siraitia grosvenorii tissue culture seedling stem section as a stock, taking a stem tip of a virus-carrying tissue culture seedling which is equal to or less than 0.5 mm as a scion, grafting to the stock, and culturing to obtain a seedling. According to the method, the siraitia grosvenorii in-vitro stem tips equal to or smaller than 0.5 mm are grafted to the non-toxic tissue culture seedling stock at the tissue culture stage to be cultured and grow, a stem tip micro-grafting culture technology is established, and the time for obtaining the regenerated detoxified seedlings is greatly shortened while the detoxification efficiency of stem tip culture is ensured.
