Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a high-gradient nonlinear resistor disc which comprises the following components in percentage by mole: 65 to 90 percent of main material ZnO, and auxiliary materials consisting of the following components in percentage by mole: 2 to 8 percent of Sb2O3, 2 to 6 percent of Bi2O3, 0.2 to 3 percent of Co2O3, 0.5 to 1.2 percent of Co3O4, 1 to 4 percent of SiO2, 1 to 3 percent of MnO2, 2 to 4 percent of Cr2O3, 1 to 3 percent of NiO, 0.2 to 1.2 percent of B2O3, 0.3 to 0.5 percent of Al (NO3) 3 and 0.03 to 0.8 percent of Y2O3. The invention further provides a preparation method of the alternating-current high-gradient nonlinear resistor disc. The gradient of the obtained resistor disc is larger than 500 V/mm, the energy density is larger than 250 J/cm < 3 >, and the impact change rate is smaller than 5%.
