Various data of a to-be-managed power system are acquired in real time to determine actual power transmission quantity and a corresponding risk scene, and the risk scene corresponding to the to-be-managed power system is subjected to model building and solving according to a preset dynamic power flow model to acquire the maximum power transmission quantity in the risk scene. According to the reserve management method and device, the storage medium and the system, the real-time accuracy of reserve capacity calculation of the power system is improved. The reserve condition is estimated according to a preset reserve estimation formula, the maximum power transmission amount and the actual power transmission amount for subsequent management.
