Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an optical cement unloading method which mainly comprises a heating device, an optical substrate, a thermal expansion material and an optical piece. At the temperature t0, the thermal expansion material is placed in the groove of the optical substrate, and the optical piece and the optical substrate are optically cemented to cover the thermal expansion material. And in the disc unloading process, a heating device is used for heating the whole optical cement part to the temperature t1, the thermal expansion material expands, the optical cement surface is separated, and the optical part and the optical substrate are unglued. If only linear expansion in the direction perpendicular to the optical cement surface is considered, the material extension delta L = alpha * L * (t1-t0) at the t1 temperature compared with the material extension delta L at the t0 temperature, and alpha is the linear thermal expansion coefficient of the material.
