Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for rapidly detecting the content of cis-vitamin K1 and trans-vitamin K1 through ATR-FTIR. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a plurality of mixed standard sample solutions of cis-vitamin K1 and trans-vitamin K1 with different gradient concentrations; step 2, detecting ATR-FTIR data of the mixed standard sample solution; 3, importing spectral analysis software, and carrying out standard normal variable transformation preprocessing to obtain corresponding preprocessed spectral data; 4, establishing a partial least squares regression model by taking the actual content of trans-vitamin K1 as a dependent variable Y and the corresponding preprocessed spectral data as an independent variable X; and 5, detecting ATR-FTIR data of a to-be-detected sample solution, carrying out standard normal variable transformation pretreatment to obtain pretreated spectral data, inputting the pretreated spectral data into the partial least squares regression model, and output
